Handheld Bag Closing Machine
ZIP BOT is a 3 kg handheld bag closer that stitches a filled sack shut in one pass at 1,800–2,000 stitches a minute, cutting the thread automatically at the end. You run it across the mouth of the bag much like a sewing machine — no more closing sacks with a heavy hand needle. Available corded or with a 36V rechargeable battery.

FAQs
ZIP BOT closes woven bags, sacks and pouches — the filled sacks factories and wholesalers use to dispatch goods.
It runs at 1,800 to 2,000 stitches per minute, so a sack mouth is closed in a single quick pass and the thread is cut automatically.
The machine weighs 3 kg, with the optional battery adding another 0.7 kg. It is built with an insulated handle so an operator can work with it through a shift.
Yes. ZIP BOT runs either from mains power (220–240V or 110V) or from a 36V rechargeable lithium battery for lines where a trailing cable is impractical.
Very little. ZIP BOT is handheld and works much like a sewing machine, so most operators pick it up within a short session.
Oil the machine once every work shift at the marked points, keep the motor vents clear, and have needles replaced when worn. Contact our team for full warranty terms.
